Basinia Shulman

Laureate of international competitions, graduate of the Moscow Conservatory, student of Eliso Virsaladze, is a prominent representative of the Russian piano school. Touring in Russia and abroad, Basinia performs in prestigious concert halls around the world. Along with the academic repertoire, the artist offers improvisational interpretations of classical works, collaborates with jazz musicians, and experiments with crossover projects.

For many years, Basinia Shulman has been the creator and producer of various musical drama productions and educational programs that are successfully staged at various concert venues.

Alexander Knyazev

He graduated from the Moscow Conservatory in cello. Pupil A.K. Fedorchenko. He also graduated from the Nizhny Novgorod Conservatory in organ class from Professor G. I. Kozlova. Soloist of the Moscow Philharmonic (since 1989).

Concerts as a cellist and organist. Recorded over 30 CDs (JS Bach, R. Schumann, I. Brahms, F. Chopin, M. Reger). Among the creative achievements are Bach’s Art of the Fugue, Bach’s Six Suites for cello solo (performed one evening at the Great Hall of the Moscow Conservatory, 2000), Bach’s Chaconne’s recording in the cello version, and all Reger’s sonatas for cello and piano (in France, with E. Oganesyan). She tours in many countries of the world. Performs with Yu.A. Bashmet, V.V. Tretyakov, V. Repin, V.T. Spivakov, V. Afanasyev, M. S. Voskresensky, N.L. Lugansky, B. Berezovsky, E. Leonskaya and others. Author of the cello transcriptions of the Fifth Sonata L. van Beethoven for violin and piano, Duet A dur F. Schubert, Scherzo c moll Brahms.
